Jazmin C. Mullen-Allen, Esq. is the CEO and Founder of Brand Better With Jaz, LLC and Owner and Principal Attorney of JMA LAW, PLC. As a native of Delaware, and daughter to philanthropists Dr. Julius and Natasha Mullen, Jazmin has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Her passions include women empowerment, fostering inclusion and unity, and helping people and brands discover their voice and powerfully communicate their story. She is also the Executive Director of King’s Daughters’ Connect, Inc., which helps women and girls discover their purpose by providing them opportunities to serve. Additionally, she graduated from Regent University School of Law in August 2020, and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in April 2021 as a licensed attorney. 

 

In 2017, Jazmin earned her B.A. degree in Communications and Public Relations from Old Dominion University, where she gained extensive experience in designing digital graphics, creating video productions, and starting her own brands from the ground-up. She effectively expands her brand “Journey With Jaz” through motivational speaking on YouTube, writing blog posts, and engaging with her international virtual community. 

 

As the wife of Andre Allen, and mother to Kamari Allen, Jazmin is a mastermind in balancing her faith, family and career. She is the definition of a powerhouse woman and a pioneer making her mark in the digital media industry while establishing her business law firm.
